Juice Cleanse Detox, 9 of 30 Days – Juice Recipe and Workout

Each and every day we have an opportunity to make new choices with regard to all aspects of our lives. To be more precise, we have that opportunity in each and every moment.

One of the best ways to stay excited about living foods is to have fun experimenting with new recipes and methods of preparing live food. Today I decided to try out a new juice recipe.

The recipe is simple.


  • 4 cups watermelon
  • 1/2 large cucumber
  • 2 small limes
  • 1/2 a bunch of mint
  • *splash of ginger
  • *splash of lemon juice

This recipe turned out great, really refreshing and hydrating. Feel free to take the recipe and add your own ingredients… remember HAVE FUN!
