Standard American Diet, A Health Crisis
It’s time to wake up! What we put in our mouths actually matters. You and I as individuals are the only ones who can change what goes in our bodies, ultimately we are responsible for our health and if we have kids we are responsible for their health.
PROCESSED FOODS e.g., anything that goes in a microwave, fast food, fried food and pretty much 90% of the stuff on the selves at our local Albertson’s or Safeway will slowly but surely deteriorate the most magnificent piece of machinery on the face of the planet, OUR HUMAN BODIES.
Laugh it off, ignore it, don’t pay any attention, pretend this message wasn’t read, at the end of the day each of us will have to deal with the choices we make and suffer the DIS-EASE and consequences.

I hope and pray today, right now new choices are made by everyone and that we all come to the realization, what THEY call food isn’t food, it’s “feed”.
In the same way a cow or pig is given feed to plump them up for slaughter human beings are encouraged to eat this feed (food like substances a.k.a. processed foods) full of additives, preservatives and other CHEMICALS that stupefy the mind and disconnect us from source, divinity and spirit.
We can’t be the light if we don’t put light in the body. Without light, one is lost wandering in the dark. Where do we get light? Right where nature intended us to, right where the Sun puts it, LIVING FOODS.
Light up your life today, it’s time to get on a HIGH PLANT BASED DIET (not really a diet, rather a lifestyle) with at minimum 80% living foods. This means, uncooked veggies, fruits, legumes, nuts, seeds and seaweeds.
Perhaps we are in a place where we may even consider going 100% vegan? It’s not as hard as one might think, especially when one begins to reap the physical, mental and spiritual benefits. Once you get a true taste of the light… there is no turning back!
