Juice Cleanse Detox, 20 of 30 Days – Cultivating Positivity

Aloha Beautiful Brothers and Sisters!

Today we have a very special guest, my Ma! Yup that’s right, I made the drive up to Ventura today to hang out with my mom for a bit so we could catch up and talk over a nice fresh juice.

As it turns out it was good timing as my mom got some seemingly bad news concerning a job but as we began to talk it was clear to see it wasn’t as bad as it seemed.

Our conversation quickly solidified on a topic and that was how to stay positive when life comes at you with some heat or as my mom would say, “when a big wave comes.”

Although I was a little disheartened to hear the news about the new job and it not working out, I know in my heart everything happens for a reason and there is a lesson in all this madness.

I felt much better after we talked seeing that my Ma was keeping her spirits up and really positive.

I’m sure this will all end up working out for the best. The Universe has crafty ways of giving us exactly what we need to improve and succeed.

Regarding the juice cleanse and detox, it’s day #20 and I feel fantastic. I have been getting short spells of sleepiness but they pass relatively quick and I’ve learned to take a nice 5-10 minute break close my eyes and breathe.

I have been remaining very active during this cleanse exercising at the gym 3 days a week not to mention my at home workouts, it has been great. In fact, I was so worried about losing a lot of weight on this extended cleanse, I’m happy to say I haven’t lost much weight at all. The one place you can see a little difference is in my face and I actually like it.

I hope you all enjoy the conversation with my mom, it’s authentic and heartfelt. Please feel free to leave comments and share your experiences as well.

Peace, blessings and abundance!

-Brother Echo – BE, love :-)
