For the past few months I have been seriously considering bringing animal protein (meat) back into my diet. I have truly been all over the place second guessing myself, doubting myself and completely frustrated. EVERYTHING in my field has been telling me it’s time to let meat back into my diet but I was fighting it with everything I could come up with.
Sometimes we have people in our lives that we love so much we have expectations for them and when they don’t meet our expectations we can snap, yell, punish or manipulate so we can see them live up to what we want (what we think is best).
What I have found is that although some days my energy is lower than normal and I’m having a bit more difficulty getting the day going I still have the capacity to get my energy flowing in a positive direction, find my stride and correct the course of my day with relative ease and grace.
I AM reminded how that same force-energy of intelligence that grows my fingernails, hair and bones is the same intelligence that pumps my heart and breathes my lungs when I fall asleep.
If you’re not participating and just on auto-pilot then you will not reach your potential physically, mentally or energetically. You have within you the capacity to be divine, God-Like and supremely confident in everything you do, the only person that can activate the God-Spark within you is you.
Despite all the apparent fear and anxiety that we are letting crowd our consciousness at anytime we have the opportunity to say YES! to courage, confidence and self-exploration.
